From the outset, Elaine and the team at Pets Travel Care were exceptional – attentive, professional, and responsive. Our move from Houston to Berkeley posed challenges due to United Airlines’ pet transfer restrictions. With no direct flights from IAH to SFO, Elaine coordinated with American Airlines to arrange a single-transfer itinerary via Dallas. Despite the paperwork involved, following Pets Travel Care’s detailed instructions, drop-off at American’s Houston facility for Loki and Tolstoy was seamless. However, their Houston to Dallas flight delay meant missing their connection. Elaine spent nearly two hours on the phone that morning, securing spots on the next flight. It wasn’t easy, but she made it work, ensuring both Loki (18-year-old Abyssinian) and Tolstoy (12-year-old Tabby) arrived in good shape and settled well into our new home.
