Dear Bridget,
I want to extend my deepest thanks for transporting Magnificat from San Francisco to Oregon. He has quickly become a cherished member of our family, warmly welcomed by Mr. Prince and Miss Marble. Without your assistance, he might have faced euthanasia due to his fear at the crowded Humane Society/SPCA facility, where they believed he wasn’t adoptable. It’s reassuring to know that Pets Travel Care can step in and save a small kitten when national animal-defense groups face challenges.
Thank you so much for your invaluable help.
Warm regards
I've been considering adopting another dog ever since we lost our last one a couple of years ago.
Since our last dog passed away a couple of years ago, the house has felt empty. Living with my parents due to my full-time work and school commitments, I’ve been contemplating adopting another dog. I sought their input given our shared living situation. Initially considering local breeders without finding the right match, I turned to Petfinder.com and searched for Corgis, a breed we’ve had before. There, I came across Cagney’s profile from Richardson Rescue in York, South Carolina. After discussing it with my mom, we decided to explore bringing Cagney to Seattle, Washington, with the help of Laura at Richardson Rescue.
Found PetsTravelCare.com, specializing in pet travel with excellent reviews.
I called and requested a quote from Pets Travel Care, estimating around $1200 plus supplies to fly Cagney to Seattle. Initially surprised by the cost, I realized the value in their comprehensive service, providing peace of mind. Exploring other options, none offered the complete package. I expressed my desire for Cagney but explained affordability was a concern. They generously covered the flight cost as a Christmas gesture. Knowing my mom shared my enthusiasm for Cagney, I called Pets Travel Care the next day to finalize arrangements, speaking with Bridget.
Bridget promptly initiated Cagney's travel arrangements with Laura at Richardson Rescue.
Following up, Bridget confirmed Cagney’s travel arrangements with Laura at Pets Travel Care. She provided a detailed list of necessary supplies for Cagney’s flight, which I promptly ordered and shipped to Richardson Rescue. Five days later, Cagney flew smoothly to Seattle and arrived safely. He’s a wonderful, carefree, and loving addition to our family. I extend heartfelt thanks to Bridget, her team at Pets Travel Care, and Laura at Richardson Rescue for making this adoption possible!

Raylen arrived safe! We've renamed her Lucky. Thank you, Bridget and Heather!
Hi Bridget and Heather! Lucky got plenty of love, food, and slept soundly on her new doggie bed. Today she enjoyed grooming and outdoor time in the sun. Though we planned a beach trip, the weather led us to explore dog-friendly paths and restaurants downtown. Lucky was impeccably behaved throughout. Currently, she’s happily snoring in her new spot. We adore her! Thank you both immensely for everything. Lucky is incredibly easygoing and fits perfectly into our lives. We’re so grateful for your invaluable assistance.

Thank you for your compassionate and professional care with Lucy's relocation to Maine.
Thank you for your exceptional care in safely relocating Lucy, the Akita rescue, to our home in Maine. Upon arrival in Boston, Lucy eagerly bounded from her crate and greeted my husband with enthusiasm, despite her journey’s fatigue. She enjoyed the car ride to Maine and has settled happily into her new home.
We look forward to experiencing her first east coast winter, especially her enjoyment of the thick Akita coat in the snowstorms ahead. Your excellent service has truly eased our minds. I will enthusiastically recommend Pets Travel Care to others.

Our dog has arrived! Thank you so much for helping bring Gemma to us.
Here are some lovely pictures of Bassa, now known as Gemma (she’s a real gem!). A week after her arrival, she’s settled in comfortably with us, enjoying long walks, picking up my son from school, and even accompanying me to work sometimes.
We were anxious about flying Gemma to us, having adopted her from out-of-state without her having met us before. Ensuring her safe and stress-free arrival was paramount, especially with concerns about airline policies and the cold Northeast weather. Everything went smoothly; her flight even arrived 10 minutes early. After a long day of travel, Gemma slept soundly through the night, like a perfect baby. Hiring Pets Travel Care eased my worries, and I’m sure Gemma’s too. I’d choose them again without hesitation.

Updating you on Joy, the pit bull rescued from LA County.
She’s doing wonderfully! Joy has become an integral part of our family, sleeping with one of us almost every night and settling well in her crate. We’re excited for her upcoming obedience classes—it’ll be fun for all of us! Thank you for ensuring her safe journey to us; she couldn’t have arrived without your help. P.S. We love the name you chose—it suits her perfectly!

Thank You for Excellent Service for Ava and Katie's Long-Distance Adoption
Dear Bridget,
I want to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided for my two darlings, Ava and Katie, whom I adopted from the Habersham County Animal Shelter. From our first conversation, I felt a sense of comfort and trust in your genuine care for ensuring their safe and comfortable travel. Your dedication meant everything to me, and I appreciated your thorough arrangements. Despite the rainy journey from San Francisco to Fremont, Katie is settling in as the new Queen of the Couch, while Ava just needs some time to adjust.

Thank You for Bringing Curly Q into My Life
She and my older Jack Russell, Wiley, have become great playmates and friends. She is happy, healthy, and very friendly. I named her Curly Q because of her curly tail. She seemed to respond to the name more than to “Brianna,” which was the name the shelter had given her.
Your pet travel service is wonderful! I couldn’t have adopted her without you. She brings me complete joy!
